Miss Newcastle is a simple process and is the
North East's only regional qualifier to Miss England and Miss World.
The first step is simply getting to know you!
You don't need any previous pagaent experience to apply and only looking for confidence, personality, authenticity and ambition.
Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee a place in the 2026 Miss Newcastle England competition.
Semi-finalists and finalists will be selected through a series of qualifying heat rounds held throughout the competition period, providing multiple opportunities for candidates to demonstrate their suitability for progression.
Rules of entry

Contestants must be aged 16 – 27 in the year of entry

Must hold a full British Passport and reside in the UK

Must never have been married, nor pregnant and not have a child.

Contestants must not have posed topless or nude in photography
Miss Newcastle offers a distinguished platform for young women to represent the city at a national level. At the Final, one candidate will be crowned and will go on to represent Newcastle at the Final of Miss England.
Should you be selected to progress to the next stage, a registration fee of £30 will be required to confirm and secure your place in the competition. This fee contributes towards the administration and delivery of the event.
Finalists will be required to secure sponsorship in the sum of £150. This sponsorship may be provided by a company, family members, or friends, and contributes towards the production of the Final event as well as supporting the crowned titleholder in her progression to the national competition.
